Effex is looking for a Dental / DSO Sales Representative

About the Role

Effex, Inc. is looking for an experienced sales professional to sell our SaaS platform to dental offices and Dental  Support Organizations (DSOs). This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped earning  potential — ideal for a self-directed rep who already has relationships in the dental/DSO space and wants to build a  book of business with a growing product. 

Effex is a healthcare compliance operations platform that helps dental practices and DSOs manage training,  inspections, incidents, credentialing, and permits across every location from one connected system. It replaces the  spreadsheets and manual follow-up that lead to missed OSHA/HIPAA deadlines, lapsed certifications, and audit readiness gaps as a practice scales to multiple sites.

Your Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close dental practices and DSOs (single-location offices through multi-site groups) on  Effex's SaaS platform. 

• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close. • Leverage existing relationships and networks within the dental/DSO industry to generate warm pipeline. • Represent the product at dental industry conferences, DSO events, and regional trade shows as needed. • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in GoHighLevel. 

• Provide market feedback to help shape product positioning and messaging.

What We are Looking For

• 2+ years of sales experience selling into dental offices, DSOs, or dental distributors. 

• Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based software (healthcare SaaS strongly preferred). • An existing network of dental office decision-makers (owners, office managers, DSO regional/VP-level  contacts) is a strong plus. 

• Comfortable with a 100% commission, self-directed role — you control your pipeline and your income. • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills; comfortable running a demo and handling  procurement/compliance questions. 

• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal day-to-day oversight.

Compensation

• 100% commission, 1099 independent contractor — no salary or draw. 

• Tiered commission on each account's contract value: 25% in year 1, 15% in year 2, 10% in year 3. • Uncapped earnings
